How to create your FashionExpress account?
- 1. Visit FashionExpress website https://fashionexpress.us and go to the upright conner
- Click “Login” button and follow the sign up instruction
Change your phone number or password?
- 1. Go to the left column of the website, click “Setting” button
- 2. Change your phone number and password by clicking the gray buttons
Products & Packaging
The sizing chart is usually listed at the head of the overview page. The units listed on the chart are cm/kg. If you cannot find the sizing chart, feel free to contact us for the detailed information.
FashionExpress sources products from various brands. You can expect normal tags and/or information on the products that originally come with each brand.
We currently support tags & logo printing customization.You can find all things you need to create your own styles: custom brand bag, custom hang tags/swing tags, custom thank-you cards, custom logo printing. How often does FashionExpress release new items?
We usually update new products weekly.
What does the packaging to my customers look like?
If you did not order a customized clothing bag from us, the product will be packaged with a normal black plastic bag.
We are now in the testing phase for the branded invoice feature and this feature will be soon updated onto the website within a few days. If you currently have a branded invoice requirement, feel free to email us and we will help you to customize your invoice.
Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
FashionExpress offers worldwide FREE shipping for all orders. The shipping usually takes 10-15 business days.
Express shipping is supported, the extra shipping fee shall be charged. It takes about 7 days to be delivered.
Where does FashionExpress ship to?
We currently support worldwide shipping from China. The flat shipping usually takes 10-15 business days. If you have an urgent request please contact us anytime.
How can my customers track their orders?
Once the shipping tracking code is created, we will synchronize the link to your Fashion Express backend and Shopify Backend. Your customer will get the tracking link automatically.
What does the shipping notification look like for my customer?
Shopify store owners: you will need to set up a shipping notification in your Shopify account so that FashionExpress can auto trigger a shipping notification to be sent through your Shopify store once FashionExpress ships your order.
FashionExpress personalized store: It will include your customized store name and information of their order with tracking.
You may return new unworn and containing all original packaging and tags items within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. Requests for return must be received within 3 business days of receipt of items. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
